I've had a craving lately for cheese, but not just any cheese...fake cheese! You know that glossy, thick cheese, that has a little kick to it! I don't care if its velveeta, queso dip or that yellow stuff you buy at Taco Bell, I love it all! I know, technically it's not "fake", but you've got to admit, it has a plastic quality to it. But I don't care, and neither do the millions of other fake cheese fans. My gosh, they've built a whole cheesy empire from that stuff! I don't know about you, but I'm lovin' it!
Of course, I can appreciate a variety of different cheeses. I recently prepared a leafy salad of candied pecans, dried cranberries, and feta. Or when I put together a cheese and fruit platter I've used muenster, gouda, and pepperjack. And if you haven't tried it already, combine gruyere, asiago and cheddar for homemade mac and cheese. You'll love it!
Man, I'm in cheese heaven just thinking about it!
